Wrong and Right Gatekeeeper Approaches

Posted by Maureen Sharib
This is a two plus year old ERE discussion string and addresses many of the same questions I get asked, over and over today.

My name
My company affiliation
My business calling

IF she's asking you any of these three things chances are you've already blown it in your approach. There's a wrong way and a right way to talk to the person who answers the main phone at a company - do you know what they are?
