Comments

Just a few comments regarding the CEC Search website.

1. Most SEO's would recommend against an entire home page designed in flash as well as the use of Javascript for navigation. Search engines cannot read flash or javascript.
Although the CEC site is ranked, these elements are limiting the success of the site.

2. There are two version of the home page. (http://www.cecsearch.com) (http://www.cecsearch.com/index.htm)
Search engines can see this as duplicate content and may penalize you.

3. If you take a look at the URL
http://www.cecsearch.com/job_seeker_tips.htm
It's good that key words were incorporated however search engines see an underscore as a character, if you want these terms to be counted you would need to use a dash instead.

4. It's pretty easy these days to rank on phrase people are not searching on. In the last 30 days...

Restaurant Recruiter - 27 searches
Casual Theme Restaurant jobs - 0 searches
executive restaurant jobs - 1 search
restaurant manager recruiter 0 searches

5. Can any of the listed jobs be found organically in the search engines? I would say that's where the biggest opportunity is these days.

Just my opinion - great looking site by the way.
