You know how when you’re cruising a company’s telephone directory and you hit a prompt that you know will just not take you any further and you also know you might have to call back in and start anew?
Try hitting *8 and if that doesn’t work try *2 – sometimes that will recycle you “back into” the system and give you more options to continue your wayward ways. Not always, but sometimes.
