Hell yes it makes a difference Animal. Instead of the OFCCP farting around with liberty and big brotherism, they should just maintain a database of aliases and require that federal contractors not review resumes with people's names on them- only the registered alias.
I'm not kidding one bit about that. Name and geography must be the primary vectors of pre-interview discrimination.
